The staff at the Drake are all so welcoming and friendly. Louisa at the front desk, Kim and Francisco in the dining room, and all your servers are the best. We loved the new pictures in the dining room.

Small, but very attractively furnished room. Very comfortable and very clean with nice amenities such as Keurig coffee brewer. The dining room was excellent, the lobby and the entire hotel were very appealing. We appreciated the now somewhat rare piano bar where we could relax and listen to music before going to bed. Altogether a very pleasant stay, convenient to the locations we wanted to visit, and all at a reasonable price. We would definitely stay there again on future visits to Chicago.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean and convenient
Not a lot to do in the immediate area on a cold day. The hotel food prices were high; we opted to go to the airport early and eat there as it would cost less than breakfast at the hotel
