The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to answer questions and serve our needs.
Exterior signage for parking was scant and hard to find. We had a hard time finding the exit from the parking lot!

We were at the resort for Christmas Eve and day. Loved so much entertainment and restaurants in the resort. The staff was happy, friendly and helpful. The Circue Holidaze show was excellent, highly recommend. The free lite show in the evening was well done and entertaining and the resort Decorations and gardens beautifully done.
Had to wait in check in twice as room was not ready. Was comped for one day parking, which was nice. There should be a better system for just picking up key after initial check in.

Did not need to leave the hotel if we did not need to.
Did not have a place to eat a good breakfast, all they have is donuts,bagels, coffe. No eggs pancakes,etc

The beautiful Christmas decorations and the Trace Adkins Christmas concert.
It was really cold in the room where Trace Adkins preformed. It was a bit confusing trying to get out of parking lot

Plenty of things to do and see
Parking fee. thought it should be comped since we spent several $'s at the hotel.
