Great facility with excellent grounds and exercise facilities. The rooms were very good but I have stayed in better for less money. The location is excellent for those attending conferences or the Grand Ole Opry but not so good for other vacationers. The pricey rooms plus all of the add cost make this overly expensive for most vacationing families. If you do not arrive by car, even the shuttles are far too costly for many people. That aside the facility overall was beautiful.
I did not personally like the menu (nor the price) for barely so so food that was available the Facility courtyard.

Closeness to The Grand Ole Oprey. The 24 hour store.
Bars and Restaurants closed to early. I returned from the Oprey looking for some food and a drink. Everything was closed or closing. So I went to get a growler at the store in the hotel. All micro-brew beers were out.

We really enjoy staying at your resort. However, we were extremely disappointed with our last stay. Rude cheerleaders over took your facility. At the hot tub, met someone who just walked thru the doors to use your facility and was not a paying customer. Very disappointing that I’m paying and she just comes and goes freely.

The hotel is an amazing place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There are many activities available at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. An added bonus is the shuttle services that the hotel offers. They will shuttle you to the downtown area, to the Grand Ole Opry, and to the and from the airport.

As usual the Gaylord was beautiful. It is always a surprise how all the lush foliage thrives without any noticeable tending. We used the shuttle service to and from the Opry and the driver was pleasant, timely and considerate where he left us off and picked us up at due to the heavy rain.
We called for room service and never got an answer. We also called for car delivery and were told that we needed to come downstairs tom get it scheduled.

The beautiful atriums, water features and holiday decorations were top notch. Everything was kept impeccably clean. Loved watching the live radio broadcast. Bed was amazingly comfortable.
