The pool was very nice. Staff was friendly. Good internet reception.
The "deluxe" breakfast was not deluxe. The grounds, including walkways, were cluttered and in some cases downright ratty looking.

When we checked in and got settled, they called to make sure everything in the room was okay. The staff was very friendly and made the stay very pleasant. The rooms were also cleaned and well stocked with everything we needed.
When we arrived, they had difficulties finding our reservations, luckily I had printed out the reservations from my email.
