The workers were friendly and helpful! We stayed here because of the close proximity to the soccer fields across the street.
Our room had a weird smell to it. There was garbage under the bed, a coffee stain on the wall, a stain on the comforter and the refrigerator had been pulled from the cabinet therefore just an unfinished cabinet in vanity area? Cleanliness needs serious improvement.

The swimming pool. Proximity to Henry Coe State Park
There were no towels in our room when we arrived and no cover for the second bed. The second bed was just two mattresses on top of each other. The bed cover on our bed was stained and dirty.
Allowing smoking within the hotel and in the courtyard affects everyone. Not only was there a bad smell in parts the hotel but there were cigarette butts everywhere. People were smoking in the hot tub and around the swimming pool with no ash trays. We could not believe the hotel would allow this activity.

The WIFI didn't work in the first room I had, the next room the wireless WIFI worked but was slow. The breakfast left a lot to be desired and had very few selections. The WIFI technical help folks were great to work with, the signal was to weak in room 117 from where the router was located. The technician arranged us to move to another room, which we appreciated.

The front desk clerk upgraded us without us even asking. When my room key did not work, the employee walking by saw me having trouble stopped and opened my door for me.
Continental breakfast needs improvement - ie: offer fresh fruit, more than one choice of juice (my daughter is allergic to orange juice)and hot chocolate.
