The size and layout of room. comfortable bed, nice flat screen tv refridgerator and coffee. good breakfast.
Building is old and beginning to show wear. staff could be a bit more friendly

The nice size of the rooms
The loud washer/dryer outside my room was on each day for a considerable amount of time. The dog next door barked from morning til early in the morning. People outside the rooms were loud and obnoxious until 3:00 am and again at 7:00 a.m. My car was in a hotel parked zone and the sprinklers ran all over my newly washed car.

The staff was very helpful.
We did not like the pocket door to the bathroom and the mattress was too hard. Also, there was only one small waste basket and very small bars of soap. The lights went off and on at will, which was very strange.

One bed was very hard the one next to it was good got no sleep no printer in data room (executive Inn ??)
