Main reason for choosing Comfort Inn South San Jose / Morgan Hill: Rate
I called early that morning to ask if we could check in early because I had a wedding to attend that day and the staff was very accommodating to my needs. They made sure that the first room that was vacated would be cleaned and ready for us 2 hours early. Although it was under renovation I did not notice too much of a mess or smell like others had complained about. The bed was comfortable and I LOVED the fact that they had soft and firm pillows! Overall great experience especially for my last minute needs and the price.

Not a lot, the beds were hard and uncomfdortable, the breakfast was almost non-existant and the toilet paper was like tree bark, the most unenjoyable stay I have ever had at a hotel in the USA, my score would about 2 out of 10, terrible.
