Main reason for choosing Polaris Lodge: Location
My room was not serviced on Saturday 19 October. It was serviced in the afternoon of Friday 18 October so I was not surprised when it was not serviced at Saturday lunch time. When I returned at 9.30pm, there was no point in informing the front desk, which was the response I received. Also, I was not aware that all the facilities were at the Trickle Creek Lodge.

The room was clean, location was great.
Banging noises coming from outside throughout the night. Not very sound proof to outside noise. Very small TV and no cable connection
