Nice and clean hotel, with friendly staff
Only disappointment was that the hotel was under renovation and many amenities were out of order- temporary bar- no restaurant, etc. They really should have discounted the rooms for this

Wine in the lobby, S'mores in the Courtyard, very welcoming & helpful staff, very dog friendly in hotel - right across from Pier, surrounded by shops & restaurants
Hard to regulate water temps in shower, 18" cord on hairdryer, TV reception cut in & out.

The room was very cozy including the very inviting bathroom. We enjoyed the staff and the facilities, including the delicious restaurant.
Our only complaint was the confort level of the pull out bed.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff was excellent. Loved our room, we had a suite with a huge patio and very large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was simple but classy. We had a couple minor problems and they were taken care of immediately. The food was amazing. The staff can make or break your experience at a hotel and the staff here made our stay a pleasure.
