Great location for local markets and plenty of transport options
Mostly all good - the great Harbour view will diminish for most rooms when the building work opposite is completed.

Very location and convenient transportation around
The coffee and creamer provided I think is over due and unable to use. The cleaning lady very nice and exchange fresh ones right away.

Friendly staff and convenient location.
Lift is very slow AND ON OCCASSIONS DID NOT STOP going up or down at our floor. There is no exhaust fan in the toilet. There is no room for luggages.

Close to MTR
Hotel should give two small distilled water for convenience. When we arrived and check in, I was so thirsty but I have to go down to buy water. I was stayed from Oct 2-Oct 11 and Oct30 to Nov 1. In between I was stay in Cosmo hotel, same class as IBIS. The hotel is more cleaner and provide water to drink.
