I enjoyed the room; the dining area, servers & chef was all wonderful; the location is great.

I would just like to make a suggestion - please place non-slip decals in the tub area, or some other non-slip item. This does pose a concern for the more mature guest.

Room, pool and staff

Lost power Christmas eve and had to take grandchildren home in Freeport. They were not comfortable without power. Lost precious time with them in pool and dinner.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Two very minor problems were very quickly resolved (room much too cold, but not responding to thermostat changes, and a key card that worked only once). The breakfast was excellent. Despite that the dining room was very crowded and busy, the wait staff remained polite and cheerful. The food was served hot, with no errors in delivery or preparation. The coffee was hot and very good.
