The lobby smelt of cookies and checking in/out was super fast and friendly.

Elevator had a strong smell.

Friendly and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

There was never enough towels put in room for number of people sleeping in room. i.e. two bath towels, 2 wash clothes, and 2 hand towel when there were three occupants.

Breakfast great and hours served were, too. Staff very friendly and did what could to make stay great.

Having to evacuate due to alarms going off and water coming down. Great, though, getting us to another hotel,and covering cost.
