It was perfectly situated for our visit to Fort Worth so we could walk to the events we were attending.
One of the safety locks inside the room for the door was broken.

Staff was very nice and helpful.
Would be nice to have a small coffee pot in the room. Possibly a small refrigerator.

I made a reservation at the hotel about 2 weeks in advance, but wound up canceling it. My credit card was charged the full amount of my intended stay -- merely because I had made a reservation. I travel frequently (and have for years) and have never run into this. I'm assuming this is the hotel's standard practice. To have your credit card charged the full amount of your stay merely because you made a reservation is ridiculous. My card was later credited, but I never should have been charged in the first place.

Well the electronic key would not work all the time , and when it did work the door would not open when you would open with handle . Told the guy at the desk and he said he would tell his maintantance man, it seemed to work better for about 2 tries and then it would not work properly .But on the last day the door worked properly.

There was a roof over my head and a bed to sleep on.
Loud drunksoutside all hours of the night (literally), felt like the entire place was a den for squatters; with the attached bar, it was also a haven for the drunken party types. The room itself was musty, constantly cold, even with the "heater" on. Was wary of the cleanliness of anything in the room. Did not bother trying out the shower.

Location and Price
Staff and lack of staff.
Internet service was only good in the lobby. Unable to work in room in the evening. TV was old and outdated. Gym was to small.

The location and parking were great! Right across the street from the Convention Center. That was super convenient.
I haven't seen a TV that small in 10 years. The internet access is not wireless. It's an Ethernet port behind the ancient TV. The cable was sporadic. The A/C never quite got cold and the vent rattled. The bathroom/shower was claustrophobic. Everything about the room needed to be updated. The ice machine and soda machine on the 5th floor were broken. The ice machine on every floor except the 3rd were broken. An awesome location can only make up for so much.
