Our room was very clean and comfortable. The guy at the front desk was very polite and professional even though he had to deal with rude and nasty customer’s before us but he remained calm and did not get rude with them. Sorry I do not remember his name. This is a very well maintained hotel with friendly and professional staff and the free breakfast was the best that we have ever had for being a free continental breakfast.
The only thing we did not like is the intersection when you get off the exit and to get to the hotel, it is a very congested and is just not a good set up with the amount of traffic(we were there for East Stroudsburg University graduation and maybe that is why traffic was bad).

Everything was good. The bed was very comfortable and it is very convenient to be able to have your meals right in the hotel. And the food was very good and all the staff were professional but friendly and helpful.
