The fact that it was quiet and there was not a lot of light coming in from outside
I missed the driveway and had to come back to it. The Holiday Inn sign is past the entrance point.

The staff greeted us at the desk. Young man that assisted us did a good job. The room was very clean and smelled good when we entered. It was a nice corner room with a good view and we did not hear any noise from other guests. The hotel is near the mall and Medieval Times which is why we were there. There is a small bar at the enterance, it was very busy but the service was good. I was satisfied with the price and quality.
The only thing we did not like were the pillows. They are so small they said soft and medium but we were not comfortable with them. The mattress seemed a little firm to us as well. Flipped and flopped all night.

I liked where it was located at.
I didn't like that I booked a non smoking king room and was given a smoking double bed room. When I asked to switch rooms, I was informed that there were no rooms left. I was very disapointed.
