Every thing was wonderful

No no thing it is more than fine

This hotel was ideal - just 15 minutes from the airport, it was next to the Dubai Mall and a short taxi ride from anywhere else I wanted to go. The hotel was spotlessly clean, very modern and comfortable and the staff could not do enough for us. What a wonderful hotel!

The room, its very good

My wife and I spent three days and loved the room, which we found to be ideally laid out, furnished and decorated. The staff were extremely friendly. We would have no doubts about revisiting

Three things. 1-We hated the shishas in the courtyard 2-The food was not to the standard I would expect after seeing the rooms and the hotel as a whole. 3-The A/C did not have a blower control and thus you are either cold or warm.

Great nice hotel for the money especially the staff was exceptionally service-minded

I appreciated the proximity of the tower and commercial complex

The staff were courteous and very professional. The ambience of the Hotel itself promoted a feeling of safety and comfort, somewhere wonderful to return to after touring the sights of busy Dubai. Exceptionally clean with great attention to detail even down to the well mannered worker tending the garden in the courtyard of a morning whilst I had my coffee. The swimming pool was also terrific and exceptionally clean. I could not recommend this Hotel highly enough to anyone visiting Dubai, it's location to the new Mall and quietness was fantastic. I would like to thank Frederick Paiva (Night Manager) for his help and assistance, a definite asset to this Hotel.

There isn't one single negative comment I could make.

Excellent location, an great facilities. Bath in room was great.

I actually feel at home at the Al Manzil ... other amenities are close too - Dubai Mall, Supermarket and hairdresser .....
