The location was really the best thing. views from the hotel where excellent.
short walk to the city
The fact they didn't vacuum the rooms. staying 4 nights. the rooms need to be vacuumed every couple of days.
no where to place bathers after a swim. needs a line in the bathroom as there wasn't a balcony to get things dry

It was very close to everything, no need for a means of transport,perfectly situated.
the rooms were excellent,cleaning staff very obliging.

Access to Carpark was excellent.
Loved the pool after a long day of clients visits around Darwin.
Well appointed rooms, very comfortable.

The convenience and closeness to the Darwin Convention Centre. I tend to stay due to its convenience. It would be nice to occasionally get an upgrade as I tend to stay at the hotel quite consistently.
Being on the same floor every time we stay.

Christmas lunch buffet and being able to just chill out in room afterwards instead of taxi'ing home (I'm a local). Is a shame that it was a rainy day, we had hoped to enjoy the pool and Waterfront area. We checked out the same day as it just wasnt fun :(

Location was great, pool was relaxing (the coldest water in Darwin (a good thing!), wave pool nearby was fabulous.
Our movie channel was broken, and despite promises it would be fixed, it was not.
