The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful - all of the staff we encountered from the front desk to the breakfast attendant. Breakfast was great - eggs, sausage, fruit, lots of fresh pastries, yogurt, oatmeal bar - lots of variety. Room was clean and comfortable.

I loved how centrally located the Gliddon House was to Case Western.
Breakfast foods were very cold. But the atmosphere was amazing!

Loved every minute. Wish we would have booked a suite to appreciate the history more but so enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious. The service impeccable

Lovely room, common areas, breakfast buffet well organized arranged beautifully in a comfortable setting
Blinds were dusty but otherwise spotless riim, couldn't operate the soda vending nachine on the second floor, lost money in the snack vending machine
