Whenever I do a shopping trip, a conference, or I'm driving a long distance, my motel of preference is Super 8. The rates are reasonable, the rooms are clean, and I can grab a quick breakfast. For this visit, I was at a conference at the Augusta, ME Civic Center. Super 8 in Augusta was a convenient location and my one-night stay was pleasant.

Front desk staff was very helpful and professional. Room and bathroom was very clean. Quiet environment during night. Loved the single size coffee maker in the room and coffee in the lobby.

The "comfy" chair in the room was broken and NOT comfy.

Easy access, fair price, excellent staff

I was in a non smoking room and the bed sheet had a cigarette smoke smell to them that made the stay unpleasant.

Very friendly & welcoming staff.

Please give some consideration to the bathroom. The fixtures are very worn out, and the caulking is unsightly.
