The beds are comfortable. The location to Ann Arbor is good. I didn't like my room, 316 being right across the hall from the ice machine and the elevator. Very noisy in the morning. Not sure you can control that factor though. I live that I have a microwave and a small fridge. Very nice!

I like the suites because they provide more room.
It was a bit noisy the first night. A sports team of young adolescent girls came in late and were noisy when I was trying to work and my wife was trying to sleep.

Simple, efficient design of room; friendly, helpful staff; free shuttle service on weekdays.
Something like simple bacon and/or eggs would make the breakfast buffet 100% better. Continuing the shuttle service on weekends would round out your excellent service for guests.

Breakfast available, added waffles since the last time we were there.
Ants in the windowsill and cushions. Would love to have a fitness center on site instead of having to drive to one.

Location works for us. Always appreciate having something for breakfast as well. We have stayed here many times as our son lives in Ann Arbor and we travel some distance to visit.
Would prefer to have in-house fitness center instead of having to travel to a facility nearby. Would prefer to be located on side away from interstate noise. Always request this, sometimes get this location and sometimes not.
